Step 2.
Prepare for Your Session, ensure you are technically ready. Consider the following:
Comfort with Technology: At the time of your appointment, click the link in your email to be connected. 

Device Readiness: Is your device less than 5 years old? Older devices might have unexpected issues. Internet Reliability: Ensure you have a stable internet connection. If you sometimes experience connectivity issues, consider using an Ethernet cable. Camera Availability: Most modern devices have built-in cameras. If using a laptop, verify that it has a functional camera.

Step 3
Join Your Session Once your appointment is scheduled. You will receive an email with a link. On the day of your session, simply click the link. The system will handle the rest!
